New Stang, and first drag race
Hey I'm new here. My name is Eryn and I'm from Central Pa. In January I bought a 2001 Mustang GT. I I have some pictures but there not that good, (I took them with my cell phone). Its a maroon/burgandy color, and has chrome bullit 17s on it. Other then that its all stock for now. I took it to Beaver Springs last night to try drag racing. I'm hooked! I only got to run three times before it rained and was cancelled but I think I did ok for a starter, who just got the car and learned to drive a 5-speed! I ran, 15.11, 15.01, and then a 14.74. Can't wait till the weathers nice and I can get it out again!!

congrats on the car, gotta love those chrome bullits...not bad for your first time at the track also considering you just learned how to drive a manual.

I'm really impressed by those times for just learning ....It can be really hard to get it to launch but you seem to catch on quick!Your in trouble now the spending on performace parts will begin very soon!Dont hesitate to ask ?'s Wecome to the forum
