I'm new
I just signed up for an account.
About me: Well I like muscle cars and I happen to own one.
About my car: Well its a 1967 Mustang GT with the original 390FE. I got the Marti report and it is an original center console car. Originally Burnt Amber with a Parchment interior. It is currently multi-colored exterior with a black interior. The owners through the years have saved some of the original parts and kept them in the trunk: 3 speed transmission, AM radio, Holley Carb.
Currently it is not running. The last time it was running it would leak oil out of the back of the engine and the carb seemed to leak fuel profusely. Also the #8 cylinder seems to be dead. No spark. I have replaced the cap, rotor, wires, plugs and coil. But somehow missed the condenser and points. So those are purchased and waiting to get installed. I also picked up a new intake manifold gasket [hoping thats the problem] and new carb gaskets.
I don't know a lot about cars [except the basics] and I plan to learn a lot on this one! My plans are to go back to mostly stock, not sure about the color yet.
edit: Its a coupe btw, I always get the "Is it a fastback?" question...
