New here, finally got another stang!
[align=left]Hello all! I recently got a 2001 GT to add to my family 
[/align][align=left][/align][align=left]I have pretty much always owned some kind of Ford, and am very happy to finally get another stang! I used to have an 86' GT, that I regretfully sold about 5 years ago. I have also had a couple F-150s (still have one), and my first car was a 86 5.0 T-bird. There was a taurus in there somewhere as well [:'(].Since then I focused more on off-roading, and building my Jeep (thus my username), but I told myself I'd get another stang one day. This one kinda just fell in my lap, at a price I couldn't begin to refuse! [/align][align=left][/align][align=left]The car does however have a slight knock at certain RPMs, and I'm guessing it's arod bearing. Other than that, the car is in excellent condition aside from a scratch on the passenger door.For what I got it for, I could afford a full rebuildif it came down to it.[/align][align=left][/align][align=left]I am very mechanically inclined, and have worked on cars since before I could drive. In fact, I have never paid a mechanic for anything other than inspections, tires, and alignments. I work full time as amobile electronics installer, and own a small off-road shop on the side.However, I don't have a ton of experience with the 4.6, and this looks like a great site for my research!
