new to this great forum
Hey,
I'm new here and just wanted to intro myself. I just picked up a 65 mustang. Pretty solid car, some assembly required. It has a fuel injected 5.0 and a t-5, runs and drives. I have a lot of questions and everytime i google something it brings me here for the answers. Seems like a great site with lots of knowledgable folks who have done it all concerning mustangs. The worst part of this car is the guy before me pulled the dash apart and now I have to figure out which lights and which wires go where. Some of the gages' wiring has been changed to aftermarket gages as well.
I also have a rust bucket 67 mustang in the garage. Haven't decided yet if it's worth the work or if I should part it out. I have the title and a lot of new parts. While working on this one I have came to the realization that i stink as a welder. It's a 6 cylinder car that ran. I drove it into my gargage before stripping the car and finding no floors and a lot of other rust.
I have a lot of questions and everytime i google something it brings me here for the answers. Seems like a great site with lots of knowledgable folks who have done it all concerning mustangs.
I look forward to learning all I can here and will try to help others where I can. I am a design engineer with 15 years of Toolmaking and CNC machining experience before moving into engineering.
