Possible new mustang owner? Need some info!
I posted in a the general discussion forum that I have found and fallen in love with a 2000 mustang, V6, manual trans. I want this car badly but I need some info since it will be my everyday car and I will be driving kids around! I need some experienced Mustang enthusiasts who have expericence with this model car tell me how it handles in the rain. I got to keep it for 2 days to test it and it was dry the entire time. Imust say it handles great on dry pavement! Are there any other important issues I may need to know? This will be the last car I will be able to buy for many years and I just want to make sure I've got all my ducks in a row.

Thank you so much!! What kind of gas mileage does this particular model get? I know it is a sports car and not built for fuel economy, but I would like to have an idea of what drivers out there are getting!

i think the gt's with the 4.6get around 16 mpg. some i would think the 3.8 would get something a little better, but i'm nit sure. you should check in the v-6 chat room i'm sure you can get better info in there.
