Just wanted to stop in and say hello. I'm 28 and in southern IL and had everything from Camaro's to Chevelle's to the last couple of vehicles I had were Dodge Dakota's. I had a lowered on 20's Dakota with a ton of money spent on it and last fall had to have back surgery, and am still having problems from it so I finally decided I needed to get a car instead. So it will be two weeks ago Friday that I traded in the Dakota for a new 2008 Mustang GT 5 speed. This is my first Ford ever, but I've always loved Mustangs and had quite a few friends with them and have a ton of good times in Mustangs. When they brought out the new body style I really fell in love, so here it is now and I have one! So far I'm really pleased with it but the mod bug has already hit me and I've got a throttle body and SCT Tuner ordered from Brenspeed for it. I hope to have a supercharger on it by this fall, but until then it will be little mods at a time. The tuner and throttle body looked like a good way to start and I hope to upgrade the exhaust soon. But enough rambling, hello everyone and I hope you all can teach me a few things about this great car!

lol.. good luck with the mods.. definately go with the supercharger.. cold air induction, shorty headers, 4.10 gears, short throw shifter, cat-back X piped exhaust.. and that's just the begining... =D
