From old to new in Charleston
Hey how's it going everyone? You all seemed like a really nice and knowledgeable group, so I had to join. I've been running around in my '93 Fox Body Mustang for about 2 years now, and I fell in love with it. All things must come to an end... and my clutch certainly did. I'm buying new as in an '08 Mustang and looking forward to the financing arriving shortly. Can't wait to start modding it.
My dad is and has been law enforcement nearly his entire life, as such, I've grown into track racing as a way of keeping things legal, and I've raced my dad's '68 mustang and my uncles '89 5.0 on the track. With the 2008 I look forward to in a few months putting a supercharger on it, then actually racing against my elders. I'm farmiliar with the old, the in-between, and the very new, and I'm very excited with all of it generally.
I come from a family of racers and riders and generally, I like cars, I like bikes, and I like ragging on my friend Chris, who thinks his crap eclipse is the best car in all the free world.
Nice to meet all of you.
