Got a 99 GT with a couple toys. Love it. Want more power

Hey everyone! Im the new guy here and im glad to meet y'all. I got a 99 Mustang GT over X-mas in Cali and now i have a couple of toys on it but i would really like to know what else i can put in it without breaking the emission limits too much. A little is okay. I ran 14.32 at the track last time and i wanna bring it down to 13s. Can anyone help me out here???

Welcome, need pictures and what mods do you have. How mutch $ do you what to spend? I have 2001 GT full mods and she dyoed 425rwd hp. She was cats and she fully emission legal.

Right now i have Flowmaster 40 mufflers with UPR off-road X-pipe and cold air intake. I was hoping i could put some more stuff in it but i dont have too much money just yet. Any suggestions?
