Getting back to my roots. (about me)
Hello, I just wanted to introduce myself and let you all know a little more about me while I see how I fit in around here.
My Mustang History/background:
Recently bought a new Mustang Convertible ’05 - Red Fire & Black. I'm so excited to be driving it after the mess I had with my previous car (a VW Jetta) and to be getting back to my roots... a Mustang. This is my 3rd Mustang, but my first real purchase out of the three. Growing up I drove a hand me down 1985 Mustang v6 - White coupe. It was a nice little car that I helped maintain and clean up. I also still have in my family a 1965 (possibly a 1964-&-a-half, but we were never too sure) that I helped buy from a guy down the street from us. That Mustang was supposed to be a driver for me but as my father and I began fixing the car up it started to become a longer and larger task. That car is still in the process of being worked on and is still sitting in my parent garage. So that's my little Mustang history, and I'm glad to be back driving one.
I decided to join this site because I'd like to be more active about my car and the information that is out there about it on the internet. Plus I enjoy chatting and reading about random things when I can.
A little about me:
I’m a graphic designer and photographer, in Texas.
I’m of an average age, but I don’t consider myself old yet.
Here’s a photo of my car with the top up:
Glad to be here!
