I just acquired a 1989 5.0 GT convertible Black with Grey interior.</P>


It was my Dads who owned it from the dealership and gave it to my brother after two years of ownership. After 10 years of use now it is mine. Why? Wellmy brother is28 and has a second kid on the way and is moving out of California. And he has three cars and can't afford to fix this one back up. I forgot to mention it has 184,000 miles on it.</P>


I've been working on becoming ASE certified so all the work will be done on it by me or my friends. Most the interior is trash so I will need help with acquiring parts and also new wiring....an so on....</P>


First is the rebuild or replacement of the engine and roll bar...(Not styling bar)...A Certified Roll bar.</P>

Yes I love this car. I've already got plans for the body and engine. I've got a full shop at my disposal and got it on the rack last night. Check the car through and through. Found some problems but not much. Definately having 184,000 miles on it. I thought I would find more.</P>


But in all this will be a very good project and I have the finish product in my mind and will achieve it.</P>
