New guy with 69 Mach I
Hi, so me and my dad finally started on our father/son project which is his 69 mach I.
A little background on it. My dad bought this car as a roller after he wrecked his 65 mustang, back in the 70's. He took the 289 out of the 65 and put it in the 69. He drove it like this until hestarted restoring it but quitand its been sitting andhasnt ran it in probably 15+ years. The car was running fine when parked.
Well my dad always wanted a bigger motor than the 289 and when my uncle decided to junk his 76 f-150 he let us have the 360 in it which only has 57k on it and was very well taken care of. So we are in the process of cleaning upthe motor and are just going to put it in so we can drive the car around.
