Default 1967 converitable sagging door

I am going to look at a 1967 converitable tonight and I have a couple questions.......the owner said the driver side door sages when opened and needs to be lifted up to close. Is this a major problem? The passenger side door is fine. He also said the frame rails have been tied together.....to make the car stiffer. Should I be concerned?

This will my first mustang I have been looking for a couple years trying the find the right one and something that fits into my budget.

I am clueless, but there's a great classic section here where you can check out and ask the folks there...welcome.

Thanks...I am looking forwarding to owning a mustang. I have been going back and forth on a newer one or an older one. My wife and kids like the 66 to 68 con.

The door rides on pins. Probably brass. Should be easy to fix. Good luck!!
