Just put a deposit down...I think Im getting a good deal

After 3 months of 2+ hours a day of scouring cars.com, vehix, and autotrader, I think Ive found my baby. I visited the dealer last night and put a $300 deposit down for them to hold it for two weeks. Im waiting to hear if Im getting a full-time job offer from my employer for next summer and beyond (have to graduate school first). As a current intern, I am confident that my chances are good.

Brand new 2008 Mustang GT Premium (see signature) named BlackJack:

Black Clearcoat
Premier Trim Package: Crimson Red Leather Interior
Interior Upgrade Package
GT Appearance Package
Active Anti-Theft
DVD-based Navigation System (Shaker 500)

Dealer-added:
Quarter window louvers
Ford 18" Chrome wheels

Intended mods (not voiding the warranty is a priority on this brand new vehicle):
Dual 10" Red racing stripes
HID Headlamps (8000K)
Exhaust (still searching for that perfect sound)
Sequential taillights
CAI + tuner
Interior billet upgrades
Short throw shifter
Push-button ignition

Heres the deal:
MSRP from the dealer is $33,600 (i know i know...)

***I qualify for X-plan pricing through my job
New price: $30,600
***Current $1,500 customer cash from Ford
New price: $29,100
***Additional $1,500 off for Ford Credit Bonus (thanks to the parents for co-signing my loan...I am only 21 with a years worth of good credit)
New price: $27,600
***$500 College student bonus
New price: $27,100
***$750 Bonus cash from Ford Mustang brochure
New price: $26,350

$26,350 is most likely what Ill end up paying (plus taxes/tags which is another 4-5% in Delaware) unless my parents and I really tag this dealer...

I plan to put $8,000-$9,500 down and finance for 48 months beginning at 6.99% through Ford ($1,500 bonus cash), then refinance through my company at 3.75% after I make the minimum number of payments.

So what do you guys think?
