Finally!!!
Hello everyone! Well, last friday i finally pulled the trigger and traded in my '99 Mustang Coupe for a brand new 2008 Mustang GT. Let me say that i couldn't be happier! That car is a beast compared to my old one. I was kind of sad to see it go because i have had it since tech school and i had quite a bit of fun in it, but it was time to retire it before it decided to crap out on me!
Anyways, my name is Jake, im in the Air Force...and like i said, just bought a new car and i'm totally stoked!!!

Jake, welcome to the forums. I spent 8 years in the Air Force and the smartest thing I did was marry an officer. She retired as a major about 14 years ago. I have a 2007 Mustang pony package V6. They tell me it is as fast as your old one. I have driven the GT and I would have to have a spare set of rear tires as an option on it.

Thanks for the welcome guys! I can't say enough how much i love driving this car! I keep on searching for excuses just to go driving around. I put 500 miles on it in little over a week, which is quite a bit for me considering i usually drive only about 8,000 miles a year. Anyways...here are a few pictures of it!
