2 ways of doing it. If its a picture on your computer, Once you hit post, or post reply, scroll down to additional options, there you will see manage attachments. Click that and a little pop up will have a choice, Upload files from your computer, and browse to find it on your pc.

The other way is if its already hosted on the internet, but be carefull of size, you just may end up posting a huge pic that will take more room than the screen size. To post an already internet hosted pic what you can do is when making a reply or post, click on the little square with a picture of a mountain Then put the web address of the picture in there.

Ravekenels,

I am guessing you are not computer savy, so this is the easiest way of doing it--

1. go to "photobucket.com" create a free account and upload your picture (a lot easier than it sounds)

2. Once your picture is in photobucket simply click on the "img code" listed at the bottom of the picture.

3. paste the img code onto your post (here or any other forum they all work the same).

4. chage the "IMG" at the begining and the "/IMG" at the end to "img" and "/img" and presto your are done. PM me if you need any more help....
