Exclamation New Mustang owner, need some help

Ok, so a week ago i bought my new car, a 1996 Mustang GT 4.6L V8. I got it for $4500, and i am now starting to think about upgrading some of the mods. To start, it has a K&N intake, stock exhaust, it is lowered on coilovers(not sure how long it has been lowered) it does tend to bounce alot, and when in the middle lane of the freeway it tends to pull to the left and the right, so not sure what is causing that. I have custom 17" rims, and Toyo tires at about 75%.

Also, when i go to really step on it in 2nd and 3rd gears the car seems to bog out a bit, and im not sure why its doing that.

Im not sure what i need to do to it first, but i figured starting out with a tune up and getting some better exhaust put on it would be a good start, so please if you have any ideas, or answers to some of the problems please let me know, and what i could do to fix the problem.

Welcome to MF's. Check out the 4.6 2V section of the forums. You might need to clean your MAF if its bogging.

could just be the slope in the road that causes it to pull left or right. roads are built so they are a little higher in the center to help water drain off. so if you are in the left lane the car might pull to the left very slightly. same with the right... in the center lane it might want to go either way.... again im talking really slight pull. should require minimal effort to keep the wheel straight. if you are in doubt try taking it to a shop that does alignments and have it checked. i think most places will check it for free if it doesnt need adjustment
