New guy from NJ
While not a mustang owner yet, I've been looking for a toy so I don't "ruin" my daily driver's MPG (a 2003 Mazda Protege5) with aggressive cams, headers, exhaust, and the like. I figure a clean daily driver with a seperate car to toy with is better than a daily driver that gets the fuel economy of an early 70's full-size. A classic gen 1 'stang seems to be my way to satisfy the desire to tinker while simultaneously being economical due to the commonality and popularity of the cars and subsequently their parts as well. That, and it's pretty nice looking. ;)
A bit about me: I loved lego's. Building stuff was fun, until my parents started yelling at me for keeping my room too dirty so I graduated to computers. Those got too easy after a while so I'm working on cars now. I live in northern NJ go to a community college which affords me plenty of time for various hobbies such as cars.
