New Guy From CT
Hey everyone. I am new to the forum, i am just about 19, and i just picked up a 1989 mustang lx 5.0 for $600. So far everything has gone well. The car has 212k miles on it so i plan to get the engine rebuilt by summers end. It was a single owner, female driven car, whose husband happened to be a mechanic, and the only thing performance that was done was the exhaust.

Welcome. Congrats on the stang. You really want to take it easy on that engine with that many miles. But I know how it is, I am 19 also with an 03 Gt and I love to let it roar. Your car will be a great project though. Have fun with it.
