Another Texas Addict
Hello everyone. I am a 22 year old US Soldier from DFW, Tx. I am getting back into the Mustang scene with my recent purchase. I just picked up my second SN-95 5.0.
My addiction started with my first car which I bought when I was 17. It was a 1985 Mustang SVO. I actually owned two of them, but my second one was more for parts being that the entire motor and most the drive train were in the back seat. I ended up trading the SVO for my first 5.0 which was a recently wrecked 1994 GT. It was port-a-potty blue and had a nice shade of primer in random spots. It was ugly but with my college savings going to Summit, she ran well pretty quick. Lets see, I lost ole blue in my divorce last year. I just picked up a 95 GT from a good friend and the only stock part is the block.
My current plans are to pick up another SN-95 and drop a stroked 347 from "Fordstrokers". I have always liked the Roush body kits on the SN-95. So I am going to do that and I have to decide on paint. I am seriously considering doing a gun metal gray with Black racing stripes. It may have an Eleanor color to it but I dare not to compare the two.
I just think the color would be good. All this will be done by summer and then we will see where it goes!
