I know! A few weeks is such a long time to wait for a car and all...

But as you said, it's too pricey for you, so I completely understand.

Welcome, I have owned all kinds of cars in my life imports to mostly domestic, never been true to one brand or another, I have owned Fords before with no problems, but I have never had so much fun in my life since I bought my 07 Mustang GT a year ago, what fun it is to drive, mod and just down right great to look at, best thing I ever did!

Man I wish I could have a new Camaro sittin in my parking stall downstairs right now. But yeah, I gotta go with a used vehicle.....I'm not rich, but I ain't broke. I'd like to keep it that way, and buying a Camaro would make me broooooooooke.

To the 07's, I'm feelin ya. That was some real **** man. I'll bet that GT is a load of fun to drive! The additions listed for your car sound really cool.
And 07q335, that car of yours is phucking sick man. Seriously, that is just crazy good looking!

hey i've had cars from all kinds of companies, but i grew up in a Ford family. This is my first muscle car and first ford since 1997. went the way of gm for three cars, then went to honda and nissan, and now i have a ford and a jeep. i've loved all my vehicles but i must say it feels good to be back in a Ford. the lineage of the mustang frankly is what got me here and i think that's what you were referring to earlier with the name recognition thing. a G8 is a sweet car for sure, but it's an infant in comparison to a mustang or the other muscle cars.

You got it GTcritter. A Mustang is an ICON. It is an absolute top of the pyramid shining example of what a car should be if you, and should be driven by those who, have real hair on their chest.

Or blood pumping through your ovaries. I know some chicks who love a Bad Mustang.

I have decided I only want to Really Live. And a bad car is a fast way down that lane. It is, in fact, the only car allowed that far left. I don't doubt that a G8 is a well put together car, Pontiac doesn't make garbage. But it just doesn't make the grade of American Icon. And that's what I want, and will be getting, in a Mustang.
