Back in the saddle again.

Back in the saddle again.
I'm happy to say that, after a 22 year hiatus, I'm once again the proud owner of a 1966 Mustang. The one I owned 22 years ago was a rustbucket, but I loved it and it caused me to always want to get another one at some point in the future. The time was right and I pulled the trigger on a very original 1966 Wimbledon White convertible in really good condition.
The car has only 40,400 miles, original paint, no rust, a C-code 289 and C-4 transmission and is highly optioned for a non-GT. It even has front disc brakes. The only major non-original items seem to be the dual exhaust and the air conditioner.

OMG!! that is a sweet car!!! When I was in HS, my bf's brother had a 66 convertible, same color, and thats when I fell in love with mustangs..mind you I graduated in 1984, so by then the that car was an oldie, but never lost its appeal!
