Default New from Arizona

Picked up my 2003 GT yesterday. My wife bought it for me. It was owned by an old school teacher who only drove it from home to his teaching job so the car only has 16,000 miles on the clock. The Arizona sun has not very good to the exterior, but the interior is in pretty good shape. I spent all day Saturday cleaning the interior and engine bay. I still need to work on the exterior and do a bit more detailing on the interior. The car runs strong and is a blast to drive with the 5 speed. The previous owner put a nice set of pipes on it so it sounds really nice. This was purchased as a daily driver so I could keep my garage queen in good shape and keep the miles down. A 2006 Silverado SS. I hope to get a lot of information from the site to help me with the car. Here are a few pics of the GT before I did any cleaning to it.

Got it washed, but it really needs some work on the paint. The car is black. The clear coat on the scoop and spoiler are trash and the bumpers need repaint. Hope to get that done soon. Also need to get the tint pulled off. It is gone also. Overall it is straight, just needs to be polished up. I will post more pics as soon as I get it done.

Thanks for the warm welcome and all the comments!
