How are we doing? Im a new member to the site and to hotrods in general. Im in the US army and had a buddy strapped for cash and sold his 95 5.0 mustang to me. Without knowing much (anything) about the car I bought it from him and have quickly fell in love with it. After reviewing the reciepts just recently he had the motor swapped to a 302 345hp 5.0 engine, trick flow intake and many many more parts. The only thing is that the car vibrates like a MF'er, even when in idle. Any insight is helpful and to the car in general. I signed up to this site to learn a thing or two, so any feedback is helpful thanks..

Welcome to the site!!! Im sure you'll enjoy your ride just like the rest of us!! The vibration you speak of, does the car lobe heavy like it may die, does it idle smooth or seem to be rough, if so it has a cam in it and it it idles smooth it could be soild motor mounts. PM me with any questions.

When reversing and then shifting into 1st gear the car will stall 9/10 times. Idle's extrememly rough and like you said lobes down to the point it almost stalls but then catches and repeats the process.

WELCOME TO MF'S

+1 on the solid engine mounts, maybe have it checked out by a speed shop that does custom work.
