Another S-197 !
Hello everyone, My name is Chris.
Im a s197 owner and proud of it! 3v ftmfw!
anywho, its a satin silver 06 gt with a few bolt ons:
JLT cai
Magnapacks
Hurst Short****ter
(long ****ters hurt my hand)
diablo sport tuner...
I mainly joined because of the d-i-y threads on here! i love them! they are a like a man's digital disneyland! :rockon:
I first came across this site when i saw the build your own s/c thread and thought it was god's gift to me!
I am 24 and still in college so i could afford $500,$600 maybe $700 parts but saving 5 or 6 thousand for a mod isnt really realistic for me... so since ive been reading (and i read the WHOLE thread) i have begun gathering parts 1 paycheck @ a time and have already bought a whooping 2 parts (amazing, i know huh)...
steeda charge motion delete plates (i got a killer deal 100 bucks)
and fuel injectors (another killer deal 120 bucks)
they are stored in my garage til my wishes come true lol... up next i found a killer deal on a diablo maf.ia.... (100 bucks)
the way i see it, no matter what f/i i go with, i will need these parts, that just helps me push off deciding which power added to go with for a lil bit....
