New from Georgia
Hi Everyone!
Just traded my beloved 2003 MINI Cooper S on a 2008 Mustang V6 Deluxe -- a bare bones pony to be sure, but what a blast! And my 12yo son has decided I'm now the coolest Dad in the universe.
Anyway, I'll be lurking around looking for pointers and info about my new car. Big thing on my list first is to figure out how best to add XM to the stock stereo; I'd love to have something where I could hit "AUX" and everything would be driven by the head unit, but are there add-on kits that work like that (my MINI did, but it was a Satellite-ready head unit, and I'm thinking that's not the case with this base radio).
It'll be quite an adjustment going from 26mpg in my MINI to...what?...about 20mpg in the Mustang, but at least it's regular gas!
The car: 2008 Mustang V6 Deluxe, Candy Apple Red, Gray Interior, 4.0L V6, Automatic, Stock Everything. I'm thinking she wants a blackout rear panel between the taillights and those cool sequential turn signals.
Let me know where to find the most important cool new things that every Mustang owner needs to know...
Regards,
Eric Longman
