Hey all,
I'm in the hunt for a new mustang, so I figured I would finally join, instead of just reading everyone's posts and lurking.
I was born in Detroit, and the craving for Detroit muscle has never left me. I've lived all over the country, and mostly in the snow. I've been through an 89 GT (25th anniversary), 94 SHO MTX, 95 Merc Cougar, 93 T-bird, and 95 SHO ATX, 2004 F-150 5.4 4x4, and several others.
I finally am stepping up to a 01-04ish GT or Mach1, although the old (pre 94 5.0 still looks pretty appealing). Manual transmission only for me, although I do like the idea of more consistent drags with the auto.
I do all of my own basic work, but there are many many people here who know much more than I do (particularly when you get into something crazy like a custom grind cam, or 4 of them in a DOHC...).
So, HI!
J
