new to forum can anyone help ?
my name is chad I just got a 95 mustang gt after it sits overnight it takes forever to start I can hear the fuel pump running. After it starts in the morning it will start just fine allday even after sitting for hours. can anyone help point me in the right direction I was thinking fuel filter ? but idk any help would be great thanks chad

Hello Chad, and welcome to the MF. Question for you, if you wait until the fuel pump shuts down does it crank right up then?
I know on my 90 5.0 if it sets a while like several days or sometimes weeks before I crank it up, I always wait until the fuel pump stops running and it cranks right up. I do not think it is a problem if the car has been sitting for a long time, but should not do it over night. Fuel regulator would be my guess if it is a problem. Good luck.
