Welcome to MF!
What you need to do is to either find the image link on imageshack. It will look like this:
[img]www.yourlinkhere.com[/img] or just get to the image itself where the .jpg is in the menu bar, highlight and copy it. the click the little icon on your message that looks like a mountain landscape that says "insert image" it will open a box for you, then just paste the link in.

all you did is forget the .jpg extension in your link.
You will also want to resize that image, it is HUGE! I took it down and just linked it instead, i can't even attach it because the file size is too big for our board.
