Long time site stalker..new member!
Just an intro for myself here. I'm Jim aka StAnGbAnGeR from chitownracing.com. I've been lurking on this site for a while, and finally got motivated enough to stop being lazy, and sign up. I have a near mint 1986 Mustang GT, original 5spd car with 96K original miles. The car has little options (manual doors and windows!) She's baby blue with grey interior.
The car is apart right now. The original plan was to put an 03-04 Cobra motor (4.6 4V) with a 91mm turbo, backed by a chevy turbo 400 trans. With Ford announcing the 2011 5.0, I've been thinking about picking up one of these, along with a PCM and wiring. Being that I work for a Ford dealer, I could make this happen. Anyhow, don't want to bore you guys with another project to read about. I've done about 3yrs worth of homework on this thing, just saving funds to do it. You all know how it goes.
