1st Ford car--starting right
Texas--north Fort Worth. Bought a base 2010 Mustang GT earlier this afternoon. No options at all--only thing listed on the window sticker is the 3.31 limited slip and the front license plate bracket. Black/black interior. It does have a dealer-installed set of 19" chrome Ford wheels and 245/45-19 Pirellis.
I've had 2 Z28s, an '89 IROC and a '97. The '97 was equipped like this 'stang, base, black, gray cloth interior. Sold it in the move to Texas, and missed it since. Like the new Camaros but they're overpriced, and I'm leery about buying from Government Motors. Got a great deal on this car, and the guys at the dealership said they've gotten really aggressive clearancing the '10s since the word of the upgrades on the '11s came out. I almost spent $33,000 on a GT in October, I'll gladly take one for a shade over $24,000 today.
