First Car in September (99'04 Mustang GT Coupe?)
Hey,
I'm in the process of looking for a car. It's my first one so I don't really know where to start, just reading up a few articles. I'm 20, heading into my 3rd year of a 4 year program here in Canada.
I really like the hard top 99'04 Mustang GT Coupe. I'm a computer guy, but not a car guy (yet).
If you guys can give me some car buying tips and advice that would be great.
Also, If I can't get a mustang for whatever reason (mileage, not enough rear passenger room, etc..) , which car would you recommend in the under $5000 range.
I have a 24 hour drive from Ontario to my college in Nova Scotia this September, which should be sweet. Is this car up for it? Or should I go the more practical route (something newer and Japanese).

Well to MF!
You'll learn alot on here. I know i have. FYI, just so you know, 2:1 you won't find a decent 99-04 GT under 5k. Well at least not here in the US. I can't say about prices around Canada so it could be different. You looking at a nice 96-98 GT for that money.

But there are year 2000 Ford Mustang Coupe's for $3000 Canadian near Toronto, with 165'000km (102'500 M). It's my first car so I don't want to spend anymore than that...
