Hi, Long Time Mustang Owner / New to Forums
Hi,
My name is Aaron. I've owned my 1986 Mustang GT since high school (1999). I inherited it from my Aunt and she was the original owner of it. She had purchased a 1997 Cobra Convertible as a present to herself for completing her masters degree in civil engineering. At the time I got the car, I needed to put $1000.00 worth of work into it to get it running again, so it wasn't really a free car per-say. I have done a lot of work to the car over the years with the intent on road racing it. I currently reside in Flagstaff, Arizona and the car lives at my parent home in Phoenix (Ahwatukee), Arizona.
The main reason I joined the forum is that as I am putting myself back through school and over the past 5 years have not had time to work on my project road race Mustang. I would like to offer a bunch of the parts that I have collected over the years to fellow Mustang enthusiasts. Many of the parts are brand new and have never been installed.
Here are a few pictures of the car from about 4 years ago. I have installed several oem parts such as tail lights and original decals since then.
