Fifthwind says howdy
Hi everyone. I've since buying my mustang about a year ago, I've visited your forum many, many times to get ideas, tips, and how-to's. You've been a valuable resource for me and I figured it was time that I joined up.
About me: I'm a guy in my mid-forties and I live in Las Vegas. I've wanted to own a Mustang since I was a kid, but life always got in the way. Now that the kids are grown... It's my turn to play!!!
About the car: 2005 Satin Silver GT
First, I've got to say that I'm not that much into racing, so performance is not the top priority with the things I've done. Everything I've done is for styling only. Also, I know there are some purest who don't like the idea of someone re-badging their Stang... But, hey, I get a lot of compliments and it's sorta a bit of advertising for my tradename.
The things I've done so far:
Staggered ASA wheels 145's and 185's
Custom mesh grille - ??? (Craig's List)
Hood Scoop - Roush
Real Hood Pins - UPR
Black Vinyl Stripes - Rvinyl.com
Red Pinstripe - Stripeman.com
Quarter window louvers - Black (unpainted) forgot where I got them, but they were cheap.
Powerstop rotors - cross-drilled and slotted
MGP - Caliper covers
8" shorty antenna
Pypes Violator axle-back exhaust
DG custom Decklid blackout panel
Notes: I bought the vinyl in raw uncut rolls and designed and cut the stripes and hockey stick myself. The Silver Pony on the rear decklid cam off of my old original grille when I put on the new one. It is attached with 3M tape. The chrome lettering came from autozone for a buck a letter.
It's nice to officially meet you all. I hope I can contribute and help someone the way you've all helped me without knowing it.
Now for some pics (I hope that is allowed for a newbie)

Edit: Those wheels are 255's and 285's
Also, I'd like to note that I don't have a lot to spend, so I try to look for deals and do most (as in ALL) of the work myself. So far, I've invested only about $1500 to get this look.
I think the only thing left on my wishlist is a chin-spoiler and a CAI
