New from western PA
Hello all. Just bought an '03 GT about 2 weeks ago. Paid $12,000 with 47,000 miles on it, which might be a bit high, but the previous owner kept the car immaculate, so I feel that it was worth it. He basically just drove the car on nice weekends and kept it covered in his garage the rest of the time. He did some mods as well, which is nice because unlike every other car I've bought, I'm not the one blowing all my money on them, lol.
Car has:
Ford Racing stainless shorty headers
Bassani catted mid pipe
SCT Programmer
Hurst billet short throw shifter
BBK subframe connectors
FRT bumper lip
Sequential taillights
Flowmaster 40's
Trick Flow upper plenum and 70mm throttle body
Ford Racing 3.73's
Granatelli upper trailing arms
Ford Racing aluminum driveshaft
I used to have an '87 turbo Buick running methanol, which I sold last Dec. I missed having a quick car so I picked up the Mustang. To be honest, the Buick would stomp all over the Mustang, but I'm not as concerned with pure speed anymore. Just hearing the Mustang's exhaust is enough to put a smile on my face
Here's a pic from today...

Welcome. No such thing as "a bit high" if the car's been taken care of - it'll pay for itself in the long run. Especially when you go to sell it and fetch a premium because someone ends up saying the same thing when they buy it from you
