If you want to 'hide' that front plate, I'd look into something like this:

congratz on the switch.... i just did the same thing.. except i didnt have a brand new SS or have a brand new GT... can we see some pics?? im shrue she's pritty... i have been into chevys all my life as well as 90% of my friends.. and boy do i get bashed on now for it lol

I too drove the 2010 SS Camaro, and was not impressed. And I really wanted to like that car too. I was a big fan of the first gen F bodies from the '60's, so when I originally saw that GM was coming out with a retro car in the style of the Camaros of my youth, I couldn't wait. I could list all the things I didn't like about the car, but I think that has already been covered pretty well. In any case, I bought a Mustang. 'Nuf said!
