I noticed that "right" and "left" scoop on the Ford web site. I don't know why anyone would order a new car with a scoop on only one side.

I like the hood and side scoops and the spoiler. I also like the "all black" look too- and I ordered my 2009 GT with the charcoal colored dash instead of the silver. Back then there was no color accent on the seats tied in with the dash color, so my seats are all charcoal. To put a positive spin on things, I guess the way to look at it is that at least while you're driving, you'll be looking at the dash more than the seats.

The only change I'd make is I would add the Brembo brake pkg... I wish that had been an available option in 2009. The oem brakes on my '09 don't stop the car quite as quickly as I'd like. Other than that, if I were ordering an '11 I'd probably do it exactly like you did. Well done!

Welcome to the board!

Are you sure all that carp adds up to $43K final MSRP? That seems really high for a non-'vert

BTW, you don't need to add side scoops and then the left and ride side scoops, you will prolly just get double charged for one set of scoops....

Thank you Black09GT. I trust that the tech-head who made up the software that Ford uses on their "Build your own car" website might actually look at a car and see that there are two sides to it. I actually did want the Brembo brakes but decided not to get them when I found out that it was a compressor and a can of goo. I have one of those cans in my present Mustang - but I like having a spare in case the goo goes bad. The suggestion that I just sit on those seat stripes so they won't show is much appreciated. Thank you asphalt. That's in honor of my oldest son- currently serving in Afghanistan.

I don't think any 2011 Mustang's come with spare tires, they all get the compressor and fix a flat. That's what I have in my 11 V6.
