Welcome to MF! It is a great first car!!! but then again, i am being 100% bias 
some great first mods r cai with tune(american muscle) and a good axle back exhaust(go on youtube and listen to different ones)

And if one does go to a shop for this.. is there a NEED to have your own handheld flasher... or just so lang as you can stop by the shop before a warr. service you're good??
