2010 Camaro SS traitor
last march i was in the market for a new muscle car. i ended up buying a 2010 Camaro SS 6 speed manual trans car because at that time ford and chrysler had nothing that compared in the same price range (35 grand) the SRT8 challenger was comparable at 45 grand but still slower. only problem was that i liked the styling and look of the mustang much better than the Camaro. shortly after buying the camaro i heard about the 2011 Mustang GT and the new coyote 5.0. i wanted one so bad but couldnt take that kind of financial hit on the camaro so soon. I joined camaro5 forums and learned about my car and kept up to date on the problems/ service bulletins and other usefull info. i watched some of the guys trash the new mustang and talk a ton of crap about the fords, calling them crapstang, rustang on other juvenile things. fast forward to friday and i stop at a dealer near me to look at a kona blue GT. end up leaving the camaro there and driving away at $1000 under X plan price. i post on the camaro forum that i have traded in the camaro and wished them well.. got called every name you can think of and some i had never heard. traitor was a common theme, we shall see who laughs last adfter a couple trips to the track. anyhow new to the forum and a first time ford owner.
