Default Ford Mustang 1972 - What do you think?

”It's been my lifetime dream to own a classic Ford Mustang". I found this Ford Mustang 1972 for sale. It's my first project vehicle and want some advices on aftermarket parts and others. Any ideas?

Can't help on suggestions you ask for, but I like what you are working with.

Welcome!

That is gorgeous. I would tone down the blue a bit, however a blue or green would work with the car because it does have a fish like appearance. Maybe you could do a two tone greyish blue and paint the lower part of the chassis off white sort of like a fish belly, maybe go with a shark theme. I usually default to glossy black with double stripe from hood to trunk. Also, what kind of engine is it rocking now?
