It is! That very reason- and the fact that my HAIR becomes a nest with the top down is the reason we developed the WindBlocker SE! - sorry, don't mean to sound like a commercial here, but you can actually feel the A/C with the WBSE on in August in Clearwater... in fact the only time we aren't topless is when it rains.
