Loving my new GT but....
This is my 3rd post so I am still a newbie to this site!! As I was saying I ordered a new 2012 GT Mustang convertible and I absolutely love it. I am out of the US and I ordered a basic GT model which landed in Antigua delivered to me was $47K USD. Duties are high here.. I would love to upgrade a few things on it. The stereo is the most basic one that comes with equipment group 300A. I need to upgrade this somehow!!! It has no sync or anything and the sound quality is extremely poor!! Also I don't have the MyColor. Can this be added?? Thanks for any help in advance!!
I Have already added hood scoop!! Check out my pics!!

The audio system may be challenging, because adding the sync means adding more components that are likely only available from salvage, unless you can stomach list price from a dealer.
There is an aftermarket replacement for the audio/A/C control panel that permits DIN and Double DIN chassis mounting of aftermarket head units. It's around $300 US and you still need to purchase stereo equipment. I'm not sure the quality matches OE.
For the MyColor gauges, you can purchase a 6 gauge cluster and swap them out. It's about $350 US and may be subject to a core charge of $300, unless you get one from salvage again. I am seeing good ones on Ebay for $200-$300 US. They may require configuration by a dealer.
