Default Got Grandma's 69 Convertible

Hey guys, newbie here. Haven't been around the site yet but thought the 'new member' area would be a place to start.

My Grandma bought a 1969 Mustang Convertible brand new in 1969, still has the invoice from the dealership, and she is getting pretty old (89) so it will be coming my way. I have searched around for what it's worth all over but it was a waste of my time, because they are never original. I would like to know BALLPARK value of this thing. Here are some details:

-Blue w/white top immaculate cond.
-original paint, body, engine (302) all number matching, obviously
-never been in an accident
-32,000 original miles
-undercarriage has been sand blasted and re-pained just as it sits, nothing was ever disassembled
-I just put in a new fuel sending unit, thermostat, and gear shift bushing.
-Has a bit of a paint chip on the hood.

I know it obviously isn't showroom condition because it does have 32,000 miles on it but it was drove by a little old lady, who happens to be my grandma, who happens to still have her receipt for it. That's gotta be worth something??

So what would this be worth to the right person?? any guesses?

How do you upload pics on here?? I just put 6 pics of the car in my album.
The only clues I got for that year of mustang was around 6-9 thousand but that they wouldn't even run for that price.
