I am not for sure yet...maybe a GT 500 or a Boss, but I really would like to try a build of my own. Right now I have 2 Mustangs and an F150 (05 GT, 11 GT/CS and a 08 F150).

If I could get a 2005 to 10 GT with a good solid body for a good price, I would like to build it for racing and weekend cruising. Not a DD.

The 05 I have now would be the perfect candidate. But, I purchased it for my daughter when she was 15.5yo. She has been driving it for almost 3 years and says she will be keeping it forever. It is really nice and totally stock.

Some of the parts I would like would be:
Roadrunner engine
supercharger or turbo
methanol injection
a Torsen 3.73
Tremec trans

Sounds good and I see you're keeping it FORD. My wife and I have been thinking about getting an F150 when I get stationed back in the States. Well good luck with your decision and hope you get the ride of your dreams...

Thumbs up encs

I retired from the Army in August of 10. Are you still at Hohenfels?

Before you come back to CONUS you can get whatever vehicle you are wanting, at the best price, and have it waiting when you return. I am sure you all ready knew that. http://www.encs.com/ford/

I was in Germany before ODS and deployed to ODS from Germany. About the only places I did not like were Hohenfels, Wildflecken and Grafenwöhr. I sure hope those places have changed for the better over the past 26 years

Yeah, I'm still stationed in Hohenfels, but currently in Afghanistan, but will be back home less than 3 weeks. Just purchased this Stang (thru affees auto sales) back in October 2011, first one and never driven one before, LOL.

Nothing much has changed. Been in Hohenfels since 2006. In 2007, they built a new PX in Graf and it's suppose to be the 2nd largest PX in Europe (I think the biggest one is still in Ramsteim). And I agree Hohenfels sucks, Graf is ok because of the PX, but for Field Training Exercises, it sucks and I've been there (Graf) for training so many times. Fortunately, I live in Regensberg because my wife lived there before we got married.

But I think I'm ready to go back to the States. Went there a month ago on R&R and I felt like a stranger, LOL....
