New Stang Banger from Pittsburgh Pa.
Greetings to all, Finally, I bought a new 2012 Mustang GT. It's a Kona Blue 6spd with the ponies on the doors and the striped seats. Last Mustang I owned was a 1965 coupe 289 4speed. It was a bit rough, but as a 17 year old it seemed pretty cool to me. I was out cruising last Black Friday and was "Just Looking" as they say. Afore I knew it, the shrewd salesman had me behind the wheel, and right after i just told him I did'nt want to purchase at this time! Soon as I fired that 412 hp coyote up, I was Kind of feeling like Steve McQueen in "Bullitt" with them 67 retro looking gauges. I wanted it bad, knew I had to have it and he gave me a great deal. 4,500 mi. on odometer and looking forward to first mods. Sold some car parts, maybe going to buy classic looking hurst shifter, some mufflers. Regards, Tim
