Milk shake

Default Milk shake

Hi guys i have a 4.6 gt 1996 and i had a overheating problem (oil in the water lines) i changed the head gaskets and 2 months later i have a milk shake problem again but this time it is also in the oil pan and cooling system. Any suggestions of what it could be --please dont say head gasket please
