Default 2001 GT vs 2001 Bullitt, soon to be new owner

So i'm driving to go pick up either tomorrow car just trying to decide which one.

1. 2001 Mustang GT Electric green, 86k miles(org), short shifter and new tires, Guy wants $7500.

2. 2001 Mustang Bullitt, Green. 135k miles complete stock and in awesome condition, he wants $5200.

I asking for some help on deciding, im new to mustangs and slowly learning.

This will be my DD and i play to only do basic modding for now.

Thanks,
Trilaxx

Welcome to MF. I would go with the one that is in the best condition. Mileage don't matter much if the person who owns it, beat the hell out of it. If you don't know much it might be a good idea to take the one you decide to buy to a mechanic. Have them look it over, and they can tell you if it is worth buying.

Agreed. I would look both of them over, or have someone do it for me. Drive it as much as you can just like you would if you owned it. I wouldn't be so concerned with the mileage as I would be with how hard those miles were put on it.

Hypothetically saying both cars are in equal shape, is either car prefered over the other. I mean i wanna go with the bullitt, i know the miles are a lil higher, but the rareness and the extras built in sound tempting.

If neither pan out ill just continue my search.

Thanks

Nobody can answer that one for ya! That's kinda like the whole cobra/mach 1 thing, people just have their own preference. If both are in equal shape then it comes down to whichever one you like more , you will be the one paying for it.

Decided to go with the Bullitt, and glad i did. Runs awesome and had been well taken care off.

Thanks to all the people welcoming me, i hope i can settle right in and start learning some things.

ohh and the last picture, it came with the car, if anyone can help me understand what it does that would be great. I'm going to do some research on the web for it 2.
