Are HID headlights an option on the 2003 mustang?

Default Are HID headlights an option on the 2003 mustang?
SKATANG is a personalized plate that I ordered from CA DMV for my grandaughter's 16'th birthday. My wife and I are her legal guardians, and she skates at Snoopy's Ice Rink in Santa Rosa, CA. My question is this, the Mustang that I bought for her has HID headlights, but I cannot verify by a web search if that was an option at that time. The car is a 2003 GT convertible. HID's were not an option in 2003.
