Default New here with an exhaust question

Hey everyone I own a 2007 V6. I want to get true dual exhaust put onto it. It will be a somewhat custom set up with thrush welded mufflers...I know nothing about exhaust so what all do I need to buy in order to just take it into a shop, and have him install it? I was told I don't need dual headers, but something about the cat/cats on the car needing to be converted? I talked to a guy at AmericanMuscle, and he just confused me even more! any help would be great!

Give us a call. We can answer any question. We have dual exhaust systems for V6 cars listed on our web site.

Also, if you want to keep the cats, then you can buy them and have them welded in. IMO, there is no need to weld in a muffler since its an axle back system. Check out this system.
