Default New member thinking of buying a stang ?

Hi first off name is John I own a 04 sti with 400whp ATM and I was thinking of buying a cobra 02 or 03 04 style

So I just wanted to know are they mod friendly probably looking for the same amount of power as the sti.. Are the parts expensive are they tuner friendly
And of course reliable with that kinda power

Any other info you guys care to share would also be great thanks

They don't make an 02 Cobra.. Well not here anyway, it's an Australian car.. However, the 2003/2004 will be much much easier to make power with and a lot of fun.. Trust me, I know my Scoobies and Termis (look at sig)..

Yea I see the sig nice

So ur saying the 03 04 are mod friendly then I already found a few locally under 50km from 25g to 30g
I would probably be able to make that plus if I do I total part out of the Subie

That's kind of a lot to pay for one, I don't know what prices are like in Canada but you can find plent for well under those prices around here.

They are very mod friendly, a couple thousand dollars in parts will be making well over 400rwhp.. Blower swaps and more and you're looking at 600+

2003 and 2004 are superb cars they can handle lots of power without breaking. I am trying to save for a low mile 04 Cobra myself.

welcome

The 03/04's can be a good platform to build from. The power you're talking about shouldn't be too difficult to achieve at all.
