Noob Checking In
 

Not only am I new to the forum, I am new to Mustangs. I just bought a 1997 SVT Cobra convertible and I'm loving it so far. I got what I think is a great deal on it. No apparent body damage or paint issues, nice top, and the engine and tranny seem to be in good shape too. The car has 56,567 miles on it and was well cared for by the previous owner. The driver's seat is looking a bit tired but there are no tears or rips. There is also some wear on top of the steering wheel.

I live in North Carolina with my wife and beagle. The dog hates the car already and he's gonna hate it even more when he finds out that when I leave the house in it, he won't be with me. He rides everywhere in my truck but no way the stinkin' hound is going to ride in the Cobra.
